Street Team
Do you ever think to yourself “Man, I wish there was more I could do to help Jamie Kent and the Options get to the top”?! Well, now the JKO Street Team is here! We are beefing up our promotions department with more radio, newspaper, internet and guerrilla advertising endeavors, but it has been tested and proven that people talking to people is the best way to spread the word. So, we need your help!
How it will work:
-JKO Piano/Melodion/Banjo/Back-up Vocalist, Tim Boucher will be the guy heading this thing up. We’ll be testing him with this… and while he’s a hell of a musician, his organizational skill level has yet to be determined… but we have faith. You’d be dealing directly with him.
-There will be one representative of the JKO Street team in your area that will need to be the leader. For lack of a better term, this will be the “team leader”. This person will be in charge of coordinating other team members. They’ll get pointers on how to attack the area and get the most out of our resources and will be the person we physically send the flyers and other things to. (Please let us know if you want to be this person in your specific area when you sign up!)
-Shortly before our show in your area, your JKO Street Team leader will receive flyers, hand outs, stickers, and other JKO merchandise to spread strategically around the venue and throughout the town. They’ll then get a hold of you via e-mail or phone and let you know what you can do to help out.
In return for your help, you get some tangible things. You’ll get into the show for free, you get a JKO Street Team t-shirt handed to you by us when we see you, stickers, other things that are to be determined.
