Rhees has been with The Options for three years and has become the foundation of this rocking band. As a jazzed trained bassist, Rhees plays both upright and electric bass with the band, and has quickly become one of the most versatile bass players out there. Rhees also covers all backing vocals for the band, and his "bass spins" have been known to make women swoon, children cry, and men spontaneously do the funky chicken. Singer, songwriter, guitarist and pedal steel player Ryan Hommel is the most recent addition to the Jamie Kent band. As a sideman Ryan has toured the country extensively with great acts like Stephen Kellogg, Seth Glier, and The Sweetback Sisters. His own music has been likened to a love child of Stevie Wonder and Tom Petty. He can melt your face with a solo, win your love with a smile, or just give you the best tone for days. We're so excited to welocme him to the family, and we know you will be too. Check out his own stuff at: www.ryanhommel.com
